Ready or not, here it comes

Just wanted to get a few posts up before I started my structured USMLE board exam study. 72 hour weeks of straight studying and doing questions for the next 5 weeks. Good fun. I don't feel completely ready for it, but it's something I've got to just suck it up and do. Here's hoping I'm satisfied with the results!

This is a picture I took in China at the burial monument to Chairman Mao in Tianamen Square. He took China by storm and turned it upside down, and to this day, 30+ years after his death, his policies still hold great influence over the state of the country. China may not have been prepared for all of the instability he caused, but many of them must be happy with the state of their nation today.
